In collaboration with the Directorate for the Documentation and Protection of Cultural Goods, a Colloquium was jointly organised in 2025 on cases related to the entire spectrum of antiquity smuggling from the mid-19th century to 1970, the year of the UNESCO Convention on the Means of Prohibiting and Preventing the Illicit Import, Export and Transfer of Ownership of Cultural Property was adopted.
