The task of recording and documenting part of the collections of the archaeological museums of Nikopolis, Arta, Ioannina and Igoumenitsa is being launched. The project will complement existing records and will document new mobile monuments, prioritising artifacts on exhibit, so that the wealth of museums can becomes digitally accessible to the public. The project is part of ‘Hellenic Museum Accreditation and Certification System’, a broader programme of the Ministry of Culture for upgrading the museum landscape.
